Gangue is generally an unwanted material or impurity that is present in an ore. or , Gangue- the impurities present in ore such as sand rock etc is known as gangue. Common silicate, oxide, carbonate, and sulphate minerals that lack sufficient concentrations of valuable metals make up gangue minerals.
