What is the difference between Mansabdar and Iqtadar?

Mansabdar means a man with a mansab (a position or rank), and mansabdari was a grading system to decide the rank, salary and military responsibilities of government officials. Iqtadars were governors of small land areas or iqtas. Iqtadars were basically military commanders who had to accompany the king during wars.
