CH 7 Nervous system

The funtional junction between two neurons is called synapse.

There are three types of nerves :- Sensory nerves Motor nerves Connectind nerves

Any agent in the environment that may causes an organism to respond.

The structural and functional unit of the nervous system .

The automatic respone by a body towards the stimulus.

Part of the brain which controls and coordinates skeletal muscles and maintains balance of the body.

Part of the brain which acts as control centre of the body.
