Shrubs are medium-sized plants with bushy and hard (but not thick) stems with branches. Their stem braches out near the base. Examples of shrubs are rose, lemon, henna, etc.

A bushing is a cylindrical lining designed to prevent wear to moving components. Bushings are often used as a casing on machinery with rotating or sliding shafts, pins, or hinges. They are also known as bushes, plain bearings or sleeve bearings.

Mints are aromatic, almost exclusively perennial herbs. They have wide-spreading underground and overground stolons and erect, square, branched stems.
